Technical Assistance Center Manager
Adam Scior joined Dynamix from Broadsmart, a large VoiP telephony provider, where he held the position of Technical Support Manager for their South Florida operations. Adam and his technical support team was responsible for ensuring all customer technical problem resolution and satisfaction.
Adam’s understanding of the criticality of quality support services, his sense of urgency responding to and resolving customer issues and his management skills positioning him perfectly to manage Dynamix’s growing customer base.
Previous to Broadsmart, Adam spent by 7 years of operational IT with CompuCom providing Managed IT Support to Sunoco including chemical plants and oil refineries. Adam became the System and IT administrator for the company that purchased one of Sunoco’s chemical plants.
Adam was born and raised in Ohio and holds a BA in Computer Science from Capital University but relocated to Florida where he now calls home. Adam is an accomplished musician who enjoys writing music and playing both piano and sax.
