Customer Success Manager
Michael Ammundsen joined Dynamix from ClosedFirst Software where he held the title of CTO. ClosedFirst Software designed and marketed their proprietary CRM systems with integrated VoIP telephony. As such, Michael understands the critical need for valued product delivery and customer support.
Previous to ClosedFirst, Michael held the position of Senior Executive Consultant for SCCSolutions, a consulting firm specializing on growing client markets through technology and services for clients such as ANEW Broadband and Supra Telecom. Prior to this Michael held senior IT management positions at Orbitz, Alamo (ANC), and Citibank where he was responsible for managing the software development in support of their customer service worldwide.
Michael was born and raised in Thailand, schooled in Switzerland and received his graduate degree from Eastern Washington State University. After serving with the US Special Forces, he worked several years in England as a computer programmer where he received his degree in computer science and marketing. He moved to Florida 1982 and has been living here with his family ever since.
